The Vauxhall project contains black and white images that have been generated from an archive of 5x4, medium format and 35mm film originals captured in Liverpool between 1978 and 1981. The photographs reproduced here are a selection of the work I did as a BA(Hons) Fine Art student attending Sheffield Polytechnic during this period.
I have around four hundred more original negatives in the archive that may be “better” from an historical or even artistic perspective and the intention is to dig out other pictures and publish them on this website over the next year or so. Please revisit this site to see the new images as they are scanned in and added to the existing and new galleries.
